Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, team performance, customer service, and business targets while ensuring adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of opening, closing, and shift operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant team members to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Monitor sales, wastage, inventory, and food cost as per company guidelines.
- Ensure proper cash handling and POS operations.
- Manage staff attendance, shift allocation, and manpower deployment.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular checks on food safety, cleanliness, equipment, and restaurant standards.




- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain required operational records, reports, and checklists.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.

Preferred Candidate

- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality operations.
- Candidates with experience handling a team and managing restaurant shifts will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.
