- Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding claims.
- Resolve claim denials and payment issues.
- Document call outcomes accurately.

Requirements:
- 1 to 6 years of AR calling experience in US healthcare.
- Knowledge of Medical Billing, RCM, Denial Management, and Insurance Follow-up.
