## **Hiring: Project Manager Municipal Projects (PMC & PCMC)**

** Location:** Pune, Maharashtra

** Experience:** 8–15 Years

** Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Construction Management or related field

** Industry:** Infrastructure / Government / Municipal Projects

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead end-to-end execution of PMC & PCMC projects.

* Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress using MS Project/Primavera.

* Coordinate with municipal authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

* Manage project budgets, BOQs, billing, contracts, and compliance.

* Ensure quality, safety, statutory approvals, and timely project delivery.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

* Lead site teams and oversee vendor/contractor performance.

### **Preferred Experience**

* Minimum **5 years** handling **PMC/PCMC or other Government Projects**.

* Experience in **Infrastructure, Smart City, Roads, Water Supply, Utilities, ICT, Electrical, Surveillance, or Urban Development Projects**.

* Knowledge of **PMC/PCMC tender procedures** and Maharashtra Government procurement guidelines.

### **Certification**

* PMP / PRINCE2 (Preferred)
