Role & responsibilities :
- Achieve top & bottom-line business targets including Fee Income.
- Ensure NIL Early Delinquency.
- Maintain NIL PDD pending in beyond norms category.
- Ensure Marketing Executives and self-maintain high productivity level.
- Identify and mitigate risks during customer acquisition by ensuring proper documentation, credit profiling, and adherence to underwriting norms.
- Ensure customer onboarding aligns with credit policies and risk assessment criteria to minimize delinquency.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation (Mandatory)/ MBA/Post Graduation (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in NBFC/Bank (Preferred)
- Experience in sourcing business for different products in NBFC/Vehicle Finance Industry, working in or have worked in the same Geography
