Job Title: Insurance Verification / Pre-Authorization Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1 to 5years

Employment Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle Insurance Verification & Pre-Authorization process
- Verify patient insurance eligibility & benefits
- Obtain and process prior authorizations
- Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and updates
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, coverage, deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance.
- Review insurance plans to determine coverage requirements and authorization needs.




- Initiate and follow up on prior authorization/pre-certification requests.
- Submit authorization requests through insurance portals, phone, fax, or other approved channels.

Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Insurance Verification / Pre-Authorization
- Good communication and analytical skills

Added Advantage:

Candidates with prior experience in CoverMyMeds/Evicore would be an added advantage.
