Roles and Responsibilities :
- Reach out to brand managers across India through outbound calls and initiate meaningful conversations around their content and communication needs.
- Explain and communicate the product's relevance to brands in a simple, compelling way.
- Qualify interested prospects by understanding their requirements, answering initial questions, and identifying opportunities for the sales team.
- Follow up and maintain explicit records of conversations, interests and queries, while ensuring qualified leads are smoothly handed over to the sales team.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of information technology concepts and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
