Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for compounding and mixing process.
- Responsible for establish & monitor a process parameter by implementing & updating the process running condition.
- Involvement in product development and update activity
- Responsible for conduct trials of new product formulation / recipe on compounding process as well as on end use applications & take corrective action on it as per required properties for end use applications.
- Responsible to maintain MIS, PPC, production reports, recent trial reports, testing reports. To do production planning & execution as per the production orders & also planning of raw materials required for prepared monthly production plan.
- Implementation of various kaizen for improve the process, production, quality.




- Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure that products meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Plan and manage the factory's budget, including setting and monitoring financial goals and reviewing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are well-maintained and serviced regularly.

Qualification

Diploma in Plastic Technology / B.Sc.
