Job Summary

vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a Full Stack Developer to develop our critical Enterprise Applications. Successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle - from the conception to the deployment.

Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze the business requirements.
- Design and implementation of the overall application architecture.
- Ensure the design is built for speed and scalability.
- Conduct and participate in meetings with various levels of users and management
- Create high level estimate for the release to understand the size of the project
- Contribute to sprint grooming, planning meetings add necessary details
- Guide the Team Technically and should be able to manage the tasks for the Team
- Follow and contribute to best practices both in terms of technology and process
- Review code of the developers to ensure adherence to best practices and correctness of implementation
- Manage deployment across environments by coordinating integration testing
- Ensure the delivery quality and timelines within sprints and release
- Research emerging technologies and maintain awareness of current platform roadmaps to assist with developing strategic plans
- Implementation of the user interface




- Design and deployment of the database.
- Writing effective APIs

Skills

- At least 7 to 10 years of industry experience and skilled in below,
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members
- Experience in conducting code reviews and creating a cooperative development environment
- Familiarity with design patterns
- Experience designing and developing solutions for Azure/cloud.
- Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of Agile frameworks and Tools
- Backend programming language frameworks specifically C#, ASP .NET Core, Node.js
- Web fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
- JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; Familiarity with Mongo or Cosmos DB is a plus.
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment

Education

Bachelor s or master s degree with specialization in Computer Science or related field
