Role & responsibilities

- 8+ years of experience in ERP sales, including software licences, subscriptions, implementation, and professional services.
• Strong experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;), with exposure to Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related D365 solutions.
• Proven experience in end-to-end sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, solution selling, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
• Experience selling on-premise and subscription-based ERP solutions to SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise customers, with knowledge of competing ERP products, features, and pricing.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, consultative solution selling, and collaboration with Presales, Functional, Technical, and Delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; and the broader Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.




• Solid commercial acumen with the ability to understand business requirements and position appropriate D365 F&O; solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging CXO-level stakeholders, business leaders, finance teams, and IT stakeholders.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, account management, and business development skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Presales, Functional Consultants, Technical Teams, Delivery, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple sales opportunities and complex sales cycles simultaneously.
• Knowledge of competing ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or other relevant ERP solutions would be an advantage.
• Willingness to stay updated on D365 F&O; product developments, Microsoft licensing, Copilot/AI capabilities, and market trends.
