Key Responsibilities/Deliverables

- Handling of branch warranty/post warranty complaints of all the LK Products
- Achieving Revenue Targets of Spares/Recurring Business and ASC ACB Spare Business
- Improving customer touch points by means of conducting Unsolicited Service Campaigns/Firstserve/In Plant Training Programs
- Improving the Effectiveness Efficiency of Customer Experience of Madurai Branch (Call Closure Time, Net Satisfaction Score etc) inculcating safety culture within Team partners to ensure zero accidents




- Co-ordinating with cross functions on improving product quality (Design/Quality/Sales/BD) based on field Input

Functional Competencies

- Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgear IA products
- Vendor Management/ Experience in service sales(Spares/AMC/OMC etc. . )
- Working knowledge of MS office
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms like SAP, SFDC preferred

Behavioural Competencies

- Inter personnel Skill
- Presentation skill
- Communication skill

Critical Skills Required

- Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgears along with IA products, positive communication skills to handle customers (Internal External), Electrical Safety

Educational Qualification

- Diploma/ B. E/ B. Tech - Electrical
