Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Cash Posting Specialist to join our US Healthcare RCM team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately posting insurance and patient payments, processing adjustments, reconciling deposits, identifying posting discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with client and payer requirements. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of payment posting workflows, EOB/ERA interpretation, contractual adjustments, denials, recoupments, and cash reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities & Skills Required:

Strong understanding of: EOB and ERA interpretation Payment Posting Contractual Adjustments Denials and Recoupments





Deposit Reconciliation COB Insurance Remittance Processing

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work in Night Shift regularly and from the office.

Robust attention to detail.

Ability to manage productivity and quality targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Undergraduate.

Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare Cash Posting.

Prior experience in RCM.

Experience Required:

Experience working with: Commercial Insurance Medicare Medicaid

Managed Care Plans Knowledge of: EFT/ERA Reconciliation

Refund Identification Credit Balance Detection Payment Variance Analysis

Insurance Follow-up Workflows
