Job Title: AI Developer (Generative AI, Agentic AI & NLP)

Position Summary

We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI Developer to assist with development, and support of next-generation AI-powered applications and intelligent agent solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), agent orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native AI services, including Claude, Amazon AgentCore, LangChain, and related AI technologies.

This role will be responsible for supporting scalable AI systems that automate business processes, enhance decision-making, and improve customer and employee experiences through intelligent conversational interfaces and autonomous AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

- Assist with design, development, and support of enterprise-grade AI applications using Claude and other foundation models.
- Build intelligent agent-based solutions leveraging Amazon AgentCore and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to improve AI response quality and contextual accuracy.

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Develop, optimize, and support NLP models for:
- Text classification
- Named Entity Recognition (NER)
- Sentiment analysis
- Information extraction
- Semantic search
- Conversational AI

- Design prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning approaches for generative AI applications.
- Implement vector search and embedding solutions using modern vector databases.

AI Framework & Integration

- Utilize LangChain to build advanced AI pipelines, agent workflows, tool integration, and memory management capabilities.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Build connectors between LLMs and business systems to automate workflows and business processes.
- Support AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants,



and decision-support solutions.

Cloud & Architecture

- Architect scalable AI solutions within AWS cloud environments.
- Implement AI governance, monitoring, observability, and security best practices.
- Optimize model performance, latency, throughput, and operational costs.
- Support deployment using containerized and serverless architectures.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI best practices and standards.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills

Generative AI & LLMs

- Hands-on experience with Claude and other Large Language Models.

- Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and workflow automation tools.
