Telecalling Executive Your Platform Magazine

Your Platform Magazine is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our team in Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients/leads from a database provided by the company, introducing Your Platform Magazine and our offerings, understanding client requirements, generating interest and maintaining proper follow-up records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads from the company-provided database.
- Introduce Your Platform Magazine and relevant advertising/marketing opportunities.
- Understand potential client requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified opportunities.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confident and skilled telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain lead/follow-up records.
- Previous telecalling, customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
