Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve sales targets and grow business.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase agency channel sales, focusing on motor insurance, car insurance, and vehicle insurance products.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other partners to drive revenue growth.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into current markets or product lines.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
