- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
