Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming skills, automation testing expertise, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for Web, API, and Database testing.
- Develop automation solutions using Java/Python/JavaScript.
- Perform API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements.
- Participate in Sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Ensure software quality through automation best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation and reports.

Required Skills





- 6+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Playwright / Cypress
- TestNG / JUnit

- Strong API Automation experience using:

- Rest Assured
- Postman
- Karate Framework (Positive to Have)

- Experience with Database Testing using SQL.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Git/GitHub version control.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is preferred.

Good to Have

- Performance Testing using JMeter/K6.
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Knowledge of AI-powered testing tools and automation practices.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Budget

25 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance)
