Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Learning & Development Trainer to join our L&D; team in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering engaging training programs across multiple business functions and supporting employee development, assessments, and campus hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging training sessions across Sales, Operations, Academics, and HR.
- Develop training modules, assessments, facilitator guides, and learning materials.
- Support campus recruitment and hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Plan and manage training schedules and maintain training records.
- Track assessment scores, participant feedback, and training outcomes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys,



and performance metrics.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.

Required Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive training sessions for diverse groups.
- Solid interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and digital learning platforms.
- Fresh graduates/postgraduates with a strong interest in Learning & Development are welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
