Role & responsibilities
•Oversee day-to-day inbound, sorting, staging, dispatch, and delivery operations at assigned Last Mile Hubs to achieve 100% Turnaround Time (TAT) compliance.
•Monitor delivery executive (Wishmaster) rosters, run-sheets, and route optimization to maximize first-attempt delivery rates and minimize Return to Origin (RTO) percentages.
•Ensure strict adherence to inventory control, shipment reconciliation, and cash/digital payment collection audits at the hub level.
•Develop hub capacity throughput plans based on demand forecasts, infrastructure limitations, and seasonal peak requirements .
•Drive productivity enhancement initiatives for both in-house staff and field delivery partners using Lean principles.
•Manage relationships with 3PL logistics vendors, manpower suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth, uninterrupted hub operations.
