Manage installation, service and complaint operations through our customized software.
Oversee spare parts management stock, procurement, forecasting and distribution.
Monitor service centre performance, TAT, pending complaints and warranty issues.

Required Candidate profile

Basic technical knowledge of electronics and home appliances.
Experience in service operations and installation management.
Maintain basic accounting, service costs, invoices and MIS reports.
