Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore
Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: Up to 10 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday) + Alternate Saturdays

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM
Languages: English & Hindi Mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Investment Coach to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining investment products, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers through calls and understand their requirements.
- Explain investment products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and assist with suitable investment options.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with customers.




- Develop strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and other investment products.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of total work experience, with at least 1 year of experience in FinTech (mandatory).
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
