About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory counting, stock records, and material movement. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring smooth warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory activities.
- Conduct physical stock counting and regular inventory checks.
- Maintain accurate stock records in Excel/ERP.
- Check incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentation.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excess, damages, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for proper storage and movement of materials.
- Maintain proper product-wise and SKU-wise inventory records.
- Ensure proper bin allocation, product tagging, and warehouse arrangement.
- Prepare stock reconciliation and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase,



and Operations teams for material requirements.
- Support stock audits and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of solar products such as panels, inverters, cables, BOS materials, and electrical accessories.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, safety, and cleanliness.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, stock management, or store operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory counting and stock reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Experience with ERP/WMS will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Candidates with experience in solar, electrical, or B2B distribution products will be preferred.
