L2 NAC Support Engineer
- Location: MG Road, Bangalore Primary DC
- Experience: L2 Network/Security Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Aruba ClearPass NAC
- Troubleshoot 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, authentication and policy issues
- Configure, tune, patch and upgrade NAC solutions
- Support HA, DC/DR environments
- Handle VAPT, security audits and RBI compliance
- Prepare RCA, uptime and preventive maintenance reports
- Guide and mentor L1 engineers
