Role & responsibilities

1) Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive international Sales for different chemicals.

2) Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing channels.

3) Oversee the creation of marketing materials tailored to international markets.

4) Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team operating across various warehouses in Africa.

5) Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to the team.

6) Organize training sessions to enhance team members' skills and product knowledge.

7) Achieve individual sales targets set by the management.

8) Ensure the team meets or exceeds collective sales targets.

9) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

10) Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

11) Ensure consistent follow-up and after-sales service.

Coordinate with the team in warehoused to ensure effective inventory management and timely order fulfillment.

13) Collaborate with the Purchase & logistics team to streamline shipping processes and reduce lead times.

14) Manage and resolve any operational issues that may impact sales performance

15) Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

16) Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

17) Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with atleast 5 years of experience into international sales & Marketing
