Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, PF transfer, ESI compliance, and labour law compliance.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages using various Labour Welfare Funds (LWF) and leave management systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian Payroll, ESIC, PF, and other relevant labour laws to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to employee perks or compensation changes.
- Provide support in managing UAN accounts and EPFO transactions.
