Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce Content Writer to create compelling, accurate, and engaging content focused on the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will translate complex Salesforce concepts into explicit, user-friendly content for various audiences, including customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and end users.

This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce products, CRM concepts, business processes, and content development best practices.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop high-quality content related to Salesforce products, solutions, and business processes.
- Create and maintain:
- Knowledge base articles
- User guides and training materials
- Process documentation
- Release notes
- FAQs
- Help center content
- Blogs and thought leadership articles
- Internal communication materials

- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and content inputs.
- Simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.




- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational branding and style guidelines.
- Review and update existing documentation based on Salesforce enhancements, new features, and business process changes.
- Support change management initiatives through effective communication and user adoption content.
- Optimize content for readability, usability, and searchability.
- Maintain document repositories and version control practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM is must
- 2-5 years of professional content writing, technical writing, or documentation experience.
- Experience creating content for CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading, editing, and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management tools.
