Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop analog and digital power electronic circuits.
- Design and analyze DC-DC converters, inverters, and associated control circuits.
- Work with power semiconductor devices such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, SCRs, SiC, and GaN components.
- Develop signal conditioning circuits using operational amplifiers and comparators.
- Perform circuit simulation and validation using MATLAB, LTspice, PSpice, PSIM, or equivalent tools.
- Design and implement analog and digital PWM-based closed-loop control systems.
- Conduct product testing, qualification, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Support laboratory testing, external validation, and certification activities.
- Work closely with global engineering teams across India, Sweden, Poland, and the USA.
- Ensure designs meet DFM, DFA, DFT, and industry standards such as IEC and IPC.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Welding Power Sources, Industrial Power Converters, UPS, EV Power Electronics, Industrial Drives, Renewable Energy Systems, or Plasma Cutting Equipment.
- Exposure to product development lifecycle from concept to production.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global engineering teams.
