Job Description

As a Site Supervisor at En-decor Interiors Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for:

- Supervising day-to-day interior fit-out and execution activities at project sites.
- Coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and skilled labor to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring work quality and ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Planning daily work schedules and allocating manpower efficiently.
- Ensuring projects are completed within the stipulated timelines and quality standards.
- Maintaining site documentation, progress reports, and material consumption records.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Reporting project progress and site issues to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Key Performance Targets

- Complete assigned projects within the committed timeline.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship with minimal rework.
- Ensure effective utilization of materials and labor.
- Coordinate efficiently with all stakeholders to avoid project delays.
- Achieve high levels of client satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Submit accurate daily and weekly progress reports.
