Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical positions across various skill sets.
- Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and client expectations.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening based on technical skills, experience, communication, notice period, location, and compensation.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the interview and selection process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth interview scheduling and joining.
- Negotiate compensation, notice period, and other relevant parameters within approved budgets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.




- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with the team to understand changing requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding follow-up until the candidate joins.

Required Skills

- 25 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Experience in sourcing profiles for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Testing, SAP, Workday, Cybersecurity, etc. will be an advantage.
- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes, notice periods, compensation structures, and candidate engagement.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H), or Contract staffing.
- Experience working with IT services/product companies or recruitment/staffing firms.
- Exposure to client coordination and direct interaction with hiring managers.
- Experience handling multiple requirements independently.
