About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA / Test Analyst to support M&A; projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role will focus on functional, integration, data migration, end-to-end, regression, UAT, and production validation.

The QA Engineer will work closely with BSA/POs, D365 functional and technical teams, Data Migration, Integration, Finance, HR, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful migration and integration of acquired companies into the enterprise D365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, scenarios, test data, and acceptance criteria for D365 M&A; programs.
- Perform functional and end-to-end testing across D365 Finance/F&O;, R2R, P2P, I2C, Revenue Recognition, and third-party integrations.
- Validate data migration through source-to-target mapping, transformation validation, reconciliation, data completeness, and financial/business validation.
- Perform integration testing across D365 and third-party applications, including API and exception scenarios.
- Lead/execute SIT, UAT, regression, migration-cycle, cutover, and production validation.
- Support migration cycles including mock migration, validation, re-migration, final migration, and post-go-live validation.
- Manage defects through Azure DevOps/Jira, including triage, retesting, regression,



and closure.
- Support test automation and identify opportunities to automate recurring regression and M&A; validation scenarios.
- Participate in cutover planning, go/no-go assessments, and post-production stabilization.
- Contribute to a reusable QA framework/playbook for future M&A; migrations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of QA/Test Engineering or Test Analysis experience.
- Solid experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably D365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience in ERP implementation, migration, integration, consolidation, or M&A; programs.
- Strong understanding of Finance and ERP business processes.
- Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, integration and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, regression, migration and production validation.
- Strong defect management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate business/functional requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.

Good to Have

- REST/SOAP API and Postman experience.
- Automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Azure DevOps/Jira and CI/CD experience.
- Power BI/report validation experience.
- Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
