Job Description

Brakes India is hiring Marketing Technical Representatives (MTR) for its Aftermarket business. The role involves providing technical support, product awareness, and field service to local garages and mechanics in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

- Visit IAM garages and mechanics and conduct field surveys.
- Create and maintain garage/mechanic databases.
- Promote Brakes India products and recent products.
- Support Van Campaigns, Mechanics Meets and MTC activities.
- Promote the Brakes India CONNECT App.
- Collect feedback on Brakes India and competitor products.
- Handle mechanic queries and provide technical support.
- Coordinate with FSE/FPE teams.

Eligibility

- Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience, preferably OEM dealer workshop experience.
- Own 2-wheeler + valid driving licence mandatory.
- Knowledge of local language.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
