Job Summary

Graphic Designer. Experience: 1-3 years. Location: Ahmedabad, India.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-quality visual assets for digital and marketing requirements.
- Create creative designs including:
- Social media graphics and campaigns
- Website banners, landing page visuals, and promotional creatives
- Marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and advertisements
- Brand assets, illustrations, icons, and other digital graphics
- Translate business and marketing requirements into visually compelling design concepts.
- Develop and maintain consistent visual identity across digital and offline communication.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, development, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Create multiple design concepts and iterate based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare designs optimized for different platforms, screen sizes, and digital formats.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative assets.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color, spacing, imagery, and overall visual language.
- Create and maintain reusable design systems, templates, and creative assets.
- Develop visual concepts that communicate business messages clearly and effectively.
- Prepare production-ready assets for web, social media, print, and marketing campaigns.




- Optimize images and graphics for web performance without compromising visual quality.
- Work with different file formats, dimensions, resolutions, and export requirements.
- Ensure designs are technically accurate and ready for development or production.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design or a related creative design role.
- Robust understanding of graphic design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong experience creating digital and marketing creatives.
- Experience designing responsive web and social media assets.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and modern digital design practices.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and convert requirements into effective visual designs.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
