Experience

- 3 to 7+ years of HR experience managing operations in a BPO or ITes setting.

- Have practical knowledge and experience working with HRMS platforms, payroll software, attendance systems, and employee databases.

- Shift Rota Management: Oversee policies related to night shifts, transport logistics, safety compliance, and rostering standards.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, conduct disciplinary actions, and resolve workplace conflicts in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
- Training Quality: Coordinate process-specific induction, soft skills coaching, and compliance training alongside operations managers.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, shop establishment acts, night-shift safety regulations, and payroll / PF administration.
