WE ARE HIRING SALES HEAD (CHEMICAL)

Position: Sales Head Chemical
Experience: 35 Years
Preferred Experience: Chemical Sales

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reorder & Existing Business Growth

- Ensure existing customers continue using our products without reduction or discontinuation.
- Maintain existing sales and identify opportunities to increase business from current customers.
- Build robust, long-term relationships with existing clients.

2. Party Development

- Generate 10–12 new parties/leads every quarter.
- Identify and approach potential buyers through:

- Email & telephone
- B2B portals
- Online platforms
- Personal visits (minimum 4 days per month)

- Develop new customer relationships and convert leads into regular business.

3. Sales & Recent Inquiry Management

- Maintain and regularly update sales records of existing customers.
- Follow up with existing buyers for repeat and regular orders.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
- Monitor customer activities and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate new-party verification through principals via the Head.




- Prepare and submit a monthly report of lost orders/customers.

4. Sales Coordination

- Coordinate effectively between buyers and sellers until payment is received.
- Maintain proper follow-up on orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Submit a daily sales report in the designated WhatsApp group.

5. New Market & Application Development

- Continuously identify new markets and potential customers.
- Explore new applications for existing products.
- Identify business opportunities for new products and support market development.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Chemical Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Good follow-up and payment collection skills.
- Ability to develop new markets and generate business independently.
