Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Plant Manager to oversee all daily operations of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for directing production, ensuring safety compliance, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, manage budgets, and continuously improve our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Direct and monitor daily plant operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and budget goals.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and build a high-performing team of supervisors, engineers, and production staff.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Process Improvement:



Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the plant's operational budget, control manufacturing costs, and approve capital expenditures.
- Maintenance & Quality: Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and strict quality control processes to minimize downtime and defects.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading, training, and motivating large production teams.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of safety regulations, quality metrics, and budgeting.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
