Open for all therapies, pharma sales experience followed by Training experience is mandatory
- Product related training to field officers (approx. 9 days of training program)
- Medical training through various program
- supporting in preparing strategies and developing training materials in accordance with current training methodologies, theories & practice
- Reviewing LMS content for various divisions to ascertain the effectiveness of course content and quality of instruction.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have minimum 3-8 years of experience in Pharma Sales Training role.
