We are looking for a seasoned leader to head the Bancassurance Tele Vertical, managing multi-layered sales teams and driving large-scale business growth across AP & Telangana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Tele–Bancassurance vertical

• Handle 4 levels of team structure

• Drive revenue, productivity & business expansion

• Manage bank partnerships under open architecture model

• Ensure strong governance, performance tracking & team development

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance

• Currently handling minimum 2 reporting levels





• Solid exposure to Tele sales vertical

• Open-architecture experience – Mandatory

• Proven stability & strong leadership track record

CTC Range:

30 Lacs – 45Lacs per annum
