- Require candidates from leading Banking GCCs only.
- Act as Project Manager for the India setup, driving activities required to establish operations in the first year.
- Manage hiring delivery across internal teams and external partners, including workforce planning, dependency management, progress tracking, and escalations.
- Coordinate internal agreements, SLAs, contracts, and key operational deliverables.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support site operations and strategic initiatives.
- Drive operational governance, compliance, and executive reporting with transparent, actionable insights.
- Lead procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and risk assessment.
- Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution and leadership visibility.
