Job Description

We are looking for experienced R2R / Account Reconciliation professionals to join our Finance Operations team. The role involves analyzing financial data, reconciling transactions and accounts, identifying discrepancies, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Reconcile General Ledger and Sub-Ledger accounts.
- Analyze financial transactions and operational data.
- Identify and resolve moderately complex accounting and reconciliation issues.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Prepare and review reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve outstanding items.
- Follow established accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
- Manage assigned activities independently and contribute to team objectives.
- Handle rotational shifts as required.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 3–16 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Ledger / Account Reconciliation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Account Reconciliations.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Mumbai – Airoli.
- Face-to-face interview process.
