JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle international customer interactions primarily through voice calls
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Assist customers with issue resolution and provide appropriate solutions.
- Update and maintain customer information using CRM tools.
- Ensure qualified and effective customer handling.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
- Pursuing candidates are not eligible.
- Educational documents (Memos) are mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant International BPO experience can apply.
- Age should be below 34 years.
- Career gap of more than 3 years is not acceptable.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Excellent English communication skills B2/C1 level.




- Basic computer and technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in night rotational shifts.

WORK DETAILS

Work Location: Uppal, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: Night rotational shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
Transport: 2-Way Cab Facility within 23 KM radius

SALARY

Freshers: 19,000 Take Home per month
6 to 18 Months Experience: 22,000 Take Home per month
Above 18 Months Experience: 27,000 Take Home per month
