Bajaj Finance is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented professionals to join our team as Relationship Managers Gold Loan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Gold Loan sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Generate current customers through field visits, references, leads, and local market activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain Gold Loan products, features, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Coordinate with branch teams for smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and processes.
- Follow up with customers and support them throughout the loan journey.
- Develop the local market and generate new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Sales,



or related fields.
- Age: Up to 30 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Gold Loan / LAP / Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC sales can be preferred.
