- To drive life insurance sales through partner bank branches by managing relationships, supporting bank staff, and achieving territory business targets.
- - Key Responsibilities
- 1 Sales & Business Development
- Drive life insurance sales through partner bank branches.
- - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- - Increase penetration of life insurance within assigned bank branches.
- - Monitor business performance and conversion ratios.
- - 2 Bank Relationship Management
- Build solid relationships with Branch Managers and key bank staff.




- - Ensure engagement with bank employees to promote insurance products.
- - Act as the single point of contact between HDFC Life and partner bank branches.
- - 3 Training & Activation
- Train bank relationship managers on:
- - Product knowledge
- - Need-based selling
- - Cross-selling techniques
- - Conduct sales meetings and branch activation activities.
- - Motivate bank teams to generate insurance leads.
- - 4 Customer Interaction & Closing Support
- Assist in customer meetings for high-value cases.
- - Provide financial planning guidance aligned with customer needs.
- - Ensure smooth policy documentation and closure.
- - 5 Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and internal compliance.
- - Maintain sales documentation and reporting discipline.
- - Monitor persistency and quality of business.
