Job Title: Management Accountant

Location: Africa ( We have several openings in East and West Africa)

Experience : 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, management accounting, or business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly management accounts, MIS, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyse financial performance, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support management with financial insights and decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, Capex, and budgeting.
- Oversee month-end closing, reconciliations, and group reporting.
- Ensure financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Supervise finance staff and improve accounting processes.
- Use ERP, Excel, and BI tools for efficient financial reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/Masters preferred.
- CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA,



or CFA qualification preferred/ Semi Qualified candidates are also eligible.
- Robust budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modelling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and BI tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time and stakeholder management skills.
