What we are looking for:

Greet every guest warmly and create a friendly, welcoming first
impression.
Assist with guest seating, reservations and walk-ins in an
organised and efficient manner.
Communicate con and courteously with guests
throughout their visit.
Stay attentive to guest needs and respond quickly, especially
during busy service periods.
Coordinate closely with the front-of-house and production
teams to ensure smooth guest flow and service.




Be quick-thinking, organised and comfortable multitasking in a
quick-paced environment.
Maintain a neat, professional appearance and positive attitude at
all times.
Follow Ciacco's service standards and SOPs consistently.
Be a supportive team player who is willing to learn and help
wherever required.
Fluency in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is an
advantage.
Basic computer skills for reservations, guest information and
simple documentation.
Freshers are welcome previous hospitality experience is an
advantage, but the right attitude, communication skills and
willingness to learn matter most.
