Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive Process Excellence to support the identification, analysis, and reduction of operational and financial losses across the logistics network. The role will involve analysing loss trends, identifying root causes, monitoring operational controls, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a good understanding of logistics operations, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive loss reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyse operational losses, including shipment loss, damage, shortages, leakage, and process-related losses.
- Identify loss trends and high-risk areas across hubs, warehouses, last-mile operations, and other supply chain nodes.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring losses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards, trackers, and periodic loss reports for management review.




- Track key loss reduction KPIs and highlight deviations, gaps, and risk areas.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Security, Technology, and other teams to implement corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of SOPs, process controls, and compliance measures.
- Conduct process audits/checks to identify operational gaps and potential leakage points.
- Follow up on action plans and ensure timely closure of identified loss-related issues.
- Support loss reduction projects and process improvement initiatives across the logistics network.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Work with technology teams and internal stakeholders on system-based controls, alerts, and automation initiatives where required.
- Prepare regular updates and presentations on loss trends, action plans, and improvement initiatives for senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 2-6 years of experience in Loss Control, Loss Prevention, Operations Excellence, Supply Chain, Logistics, Process Improvement, Risk Management, or Analytics.

Industry: Experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, retail, or high-volume operations is preferred.
