Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
- Manage and resolve service requests and incidents efficiently.
- Assist in the administration and support of Microsoft services and applications.
- Support networking issues and cloud-based services.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service desk activities and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide status updates and gather necessary information.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.




- Basic understanding of Microsoft administration.
- Knowledge of networking principles and cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and processes.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Hours of work 8 pm IST to 5 am IST (Night Shift)
