Role & responsibilities
- Recruit, hire and train current insurance sales agents
- Provide guidance, strategies and ideas to sales team to help them reach their sales targets
- Monitor the performance of individual agents and the team as a whole to ensure sales targets are met
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all insurance products and services offered by the company
- Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and present to senior management
- Coordinate and manage the sales teams schedule, appointments and meetings
- Ensure all sales practices are in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
