MedPlus Diagnostics is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent patient experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end day-to-day branch operations.
• Drive revenue, business growth, profitability, and branch targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate branch teams for optimum productivity.
• Ensure excellent patient/customer experience and service quality.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, front office, and support teams.
• Monitor sample collection, test bookings, billing, reports, and TAT.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards,



and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor MIS, KPIs, revenue, productivity, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for business development and increasing patient footfall.

Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Diagnostic Centers / Hospitals / Healthcare will be preferred.
• Strong team management, and operational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Robust understanding of branch operations, revenue, and P&L; management will be an added advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing branch operations independently.
