Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer to support, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring network availability, performance, and security while providing technical support for networking issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Support VPN, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Perform network performance monitoring and optimization.
- Assist in implementing network security policies and controls.
- Create and maintain network documentation.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of Networking Fundamentals.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, Routing and Switching.
- Basic knowledge of VLAN, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Understanding of network security concepts and firewalls.
- Familiarity with Cisco networking devices.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
