Role & responsibilities

- Legal Compliance: Maintain full compliance with health, safety, environmental, labor, and tenancy laws.
- Regulatory Strategy: Interpret complex regulations and build government relationships to protect and advance company interests.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation for all product compliance bodies.
- License Management: Track and renew all necessary licenses and certifications on time to avoid market disruptions.
- Policy Advocacy: Engage with government agencies and industry bodies to influence state, central, and trade policies.
- Audit & Quality Assurance: Oversee Quality Assurance compliance and manage regulatory, client, and certification audits.
- Event Participation: Drive maximum engagement in domestic and international industry events.
- Admin & Facilities: Manage facilities operations and administrative support within set cost budgets.
