Recruitment Lead Facility Management – 12+ Years – Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with 12+ years of experience in high-volume blue-collar and frontline recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Food Services, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Staffing, Retail, Logistics, or similar workforce-intensive industries. The role requires expertise in team leadership, bulk hiring, local sourcing, workforce planning, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder management.

Our client is a leading global organisation in Food Services and Facilities Management, offering the opportunity to lead large-scale frontline hiring and build scalable talent acquisition solutions across diverse business environments.

Responsibilities

1. Leading end-to-end bulk hiring for blue-collar and frontline positions across the region.
2. Managing and mentoring a team of 10+ recruiters to achieve hiring and productivity targets.
3. Developing monthly and quarterly hiring plans aligned with workforce requirements.
4. Driving position closures within defined TAT and cost-per-hire targets.
5. Building and maintaining talent pipelines for recurring frontline hiring requirements.
6. Developing local sourcing channels through vendors, contractors, field recruitment, job drives, referrals, and community networks.
7. Managing recruitment agencies and local sourcing partners to ensure a continuous talent supply.
8. Monitoring recruitment metrics including TAT, conversion ratios, joining ratios, source effectiveness, and attrition trends.

Requirements

1. Possessing 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with strong exposure to bulk frontline hiring.
2. Bringing experience in Food Services, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Staffing, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, or similar industries.
3.



Demonstrating strong knowledge of the Mumbai talent market and local hiring ecosystem.
4. Having proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of 10+ recruiters.
5. Demonstrating expertise in TAT, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios, joining ratios, and recruitment productivity.
6. Managing recruitment agencies, vendors, contractors, and local sourcing partners effectively.
